First day we didn’t get hot water. It is challenging to communicate with staff due to none knows English well. Rooms are clean , staff is disorganized.

I am really not able to reply to this comment but I will explain a bit, because the first night you didn't have hot water because you didn't know how to use the mixer, (the suites are well equipped) we knew that when you asked for the technician on the second night, the staff was always there for you , and also at your service any time ,No need to talk about other details please and thank you Note: There are no 3 large towels in the suite
