This property WAS AMAZING!! I never leave reviews, but after the service here, I immediately went to review!! Rooms - amazing, service - AMAZING. You are truly treated like a king!! From the bellman to the cooks and food, and AMAZING host, trust me- you be disappointed. The views and mountains are spectacular. 6 STAR boutique hotel : )

Perfect luxury hideaway spot

Everything you would want from a small, luxurious boutique hotel. And much more. It was a five star experience in comfort, taste, beauty, food, and the intelligent warmth of the owner. Highest recommendation.

Calm hideaway

Yes, the drive up to the hotel is terrifying, but part of the tale to tell afterwards, and you'll live through it. We had a lovely 3 night stay in April - too cool to swim in the beautifully appointed garden, but nice weather for hiking, and lots of things to see nearby. The great thing about this hotel is the authentic Turkish meal every night, and the wonderful host couple, who provide helpful advice about the way to see the region.

Definitely not a five star hotel....

This hotel is more like a B & B in rural France. It is quaint and very rural. As in like a farmhouse with roosters crowing all the time only to be drowned out by the dog barking or the call to prayers from the local mosque. The hotel is way off the beaten track, about 11k away from Olu Deniz up a very high, very steep, very narrow and scary road. It was not very convenient if you wanted any kind of activity at all. The grounds are nice and have been renovated. The pool/dining area is nice but the pool is freezing as is the jacuzzi. The food is not very good but it is included in the price of the room - all meals. We didn't know this until we left however! We only had breakfast and lunch there. The breakfast is a fixed ,like it or leave it, turkish breakfast. We did have a choice for lunch. However, there is only one menu and we had to share it with the other guests. I had the meatballs which were not very good. The cook and the wait staff did not speak any english - NO english at all. This made everything very difficult. Also contrary to what others have had to say, I did not find them especially warm or welcoming which I understand is difficult given the language barrier. The manager? speaks some english but she wasn't really around. It felt very much like I was a guest in someone's home - which never feels comfortable to me. Internet service was also a struggle.
