La p'tite maison: independent house in a village near Caen. The "little house" is located at the entrance of the property with private access on a path, and access from the garden. It has private and closed parking. The house is bordered by a wooden terrace extended by a lawned and planted garden, with a portico, sun loungers, a garden furniture and a barbecue.
Upon arrival, the beds are ready. We provide you with bathroom and table linen.
WIfi Internet access is free.


Three levels for this cottage
Ground floor :
 Fitted kitchen: crockery and household appliances allowing a stay "like at home"
Living room: a sofa and two upholstered chairs coffee table, a dining table and 4 chairs, small furniture with stereo, wood stove.
On the first floor, open bedroom with 160cm bed, two bedside tables, a small desk and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a sink, a shower, a washing machine. The toilets are separate.
On the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed, a desk, a TV and a DVD player.
The cottage is comfortable with electric heating. A stove allows the comfort of a wood fire when the evenings cool.
Baby equipment is available.
We lend you bikes (adults)
