Spend time in the garden, on the jetty and at the bathing area right in front of the house. Go swimming, fishing and relaxing while enjoying the tranquillity of the fjord. The terrace with garden furniture and the barbecue are available for you to enjoy on sunny days.
The lagoon offers you the best fishing opportunities and you can hire a boat for a fee if required. The cottage is a registered tourist fishing operation.
There are beautiful hiking opportunities in the area with mountain hikes such as from Hovland to Fitjarstølane and Midtfjellet, which are suitable for everyone. A short drive takes you to Fitjar with shops and cafés. You can also take day trips to the cities of Bergen and Haugesund, which are within easy reach.
