Flachau is a well established winter sports resort and there's cross-country ski-trails and a large alpine ski-area just 500 m away. In summer, there are numerous walking that can take you from the house high up into the mountains. There's also a forest nearby, just 100 m away, where you can take long walks. You can also visit Amade Thermal Spa in Altenmarkt, which is just around the corner. The town centre is just 1 km away, from where you can fetch your supplies, or find restaurants to dine out.

There's free WiFi connectivity and parking facility here. The home is equipped with a modern kitchen and satellite TV for recreation. You will also find special heaters for ski boots here.
