Beach front and an easy walk to Gamble Rodgers State Park or North Peninsula State Park. In addition to this the development has a pool, tennis court, BBQ grills, shuffle board, and ample parking.

The pool is being refurbished all January 2023. After that is going to be like a brand new pool.
