Spacious and comfortable - sleeps 11 guests with 4 well-appointed bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Ensuite bath with king bed-upper level

- Bedroom 4: Three twin beds and queen bed.

This home offers unparalleled views, where you can watch the sun rise from the balcony or witness the moonlight shimmering on the waves at night. Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the surf. Designed with multiple families in mind, this home features two full kitchens and two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, making it the perfect setup for privacy and comfort. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps nine guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bath, as does the second king bedroom. A third bedroom offers a full bed and a twin, while the fourth is ideal for kids with a trundle bed featuring three twin beds.

The outdoor living space is just as inviting, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening while feeling the cool ocean breezes.

The dog-friendly beach invites you to bring your furry friend along for walks along the shore. The area is rich with wildlife—visit in the fall to witness whales migrating and giving birth in the local waters, or come in the summer when sea turtles nest along the beach. - This property allows up to two dogs with approval prior to booking. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $ 150 plus additional $50 for second dog.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
