Aiden in Flagstaff

The front desk staff at check-in and at check-out were both friendly. The room was clean. All fixtures worked. The bed was comfortable. The TV had a good connection with local channels. The shower pressure in the morning wasn't as good as it was in the evening. The bathroom & shower were small. Great quality of soap & hair products. One soap container in the sink area would not release soap. I asked a housekeeper for help; however, she never came to the room to fix it. We would return. The lobby was clean, and the amenities that were offered were a nice added touch.

The overall property was clean, the young man at the front desk was very polite and efficient. The common areas; cafe ( although limited), bar and pool area were tidy. The huge spa tub was amazing. Unfortunately our room had a distinct mildew smell ( upon further examination we found it was the entire carpet), also the glass shower door kept sliding open while taking a shower. In general though the room was clean.

Modern. Great Location

My wife and I were in Flagstaff for Parents' weekend. The hotel was within walking distance to our son's dorm at NAU. The interior looked modern, inviting and had a good vibe. Didn't get to use the pool and hot tub but the outdoor area was nice. Free or discounted breakfast would be awesome as well as better discounted happy hour.

This hotel is very clean and well kept up. There are no closets in the rooms, just hangers on the wall. However, the charges for the rooms are very reasonable for the value you receive. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The internet worked very well, but it is a college town, so I expected that. I've stayed at lots of Best Western Hotels, but this is the only one that did not provide a breakfast buffet included. I would have appreciated that. Great service otherwise!
