No other types of pets are permitted without prior permission. -The property is not fully enclosed by a fence, so it strongly recommended that kids and pets are supervised. -No dedicated EV charger is available at this property.
-Do not plug an EV into household outlets, extension cords, or garage outlets unless you have received prior written approval from the host.
-House is on septic and well. Please be mindful of water usage.
-Keep close eye on small children when on the deck(s) and the top floor of the home near the banister.
