Our historic home has many great modern features but it is over 100 years old. There is a great central radiant heat system for heating the home in the winter along with extra portable space heaters. In the hotter summer months, we can supply window or portable air conditioning systems plus fans to keep you comfortable. While each apartment is completely private, there is the potential to hear noise from your neighbors. This is a second floor unit so stairs are required

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
