I liked my room. I would definitely consider staying again if in the area. I only wished it had laundry facilities as I had spilled coffee in my bag and all my clothes had coffee spilled and no way to clean them in short order.

Nice hotel with an indoor pool and waterfall in the back. It has a lot of outside seating. They have a pretty good breakfast. The employees are very nice. It was a nice stay

Taylor and Kenny were very helpful and patient and super friendly. They answered our questions thoughtfully and were helpful with finding local trails and waterfalls and restaurant recommendations. I talked to Taylor mostly and I suggest that her boss give her a raise bc she deserves it. Ths Lodge was cozy and very clean and beautiful and we really loved the waterfall coy pond. My son and puppy and I loved it and would go back. Thanks for the memories! Danny Callaway

my stay was great they are dog friendly and I have stayed here 10-15 times. but this time when I checked out about two hours later as I was traveling they called me and said I owed 25.00 per day for a dog fee and I said no one has ever told about a dog fee and its not listed on hotels.com and why was I not told at check out and the credit card on file didn't work they said but its what I used to book the stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Sonia at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The grounds were a pleasant surprise with various places to sit, relax and gather and the waterfall was a great feature.
