"La Rainette" is a lovely and comfortable Provencal house on 4600 m2 of private, fenced land.

It is located 2 km from the center of Flayosc; typical village of Haut Var between sea and mountain.
You will be 1 hour from Saint Tropez, 40 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon, 1 hour from Nice and Toulon, and 1h30 from Marseille.
The house faces south, opening onto a 30 m2 terrace with barbecue and 1 8mx4m swimming pool. The ground is sported by holm oaks, decorated with a tennis court and a private pétanque ground.

The house can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. It consists, on the ground floor, of 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160x 200 cm; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm x 200cm. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a trundle bed with 2 beds of 85 X 190 cm. This room also includes a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, 1 bathroom with a bath and 1 shower.

On the ground floor, 1 living room of 40m2 open onto the terrace with television, fireplace, wifi; 1 fully equipped kitchen dining room of 15 m2 open onto the terrace.

Laundry room with washing machine.

Security deposit upon arrival: 1000 euros. It is used to cover the damage or possible damage observed in the inventory of fixtures. This deposit is returned on the day of departure.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me ÂŁ35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back as they promised. The owner was brilliant, never intrusive but always available.

Tolles Anwesen....absolut ruhig...trotz Sprachbarriere konnten wir mittels Übersetzungsapp gut miteinander kommunizieren.Catherine ist eine sehr freundliche Person ...antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen und hat uns wertvolle Tipps zur Urlaubsgestaltung gegeben.FĂŒr unsere beiden kleine Hunde war es ebenso ein gelungener Urlaub wie fĂŒr uns.Das GrundstĂŒck ist gut eingezĂ€unt,so dass ein AusbĂŒchsen nicht möglich ist.Wir sind schweren Herzens und mit einer TrĂ€ne im Auge nach 14 Tagen abgereist.Wir kommen im nĂ€chsten Jahr wieder!!

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin Catherine sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen, und sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns passende Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Restaurants zu geben. Auch wĂ€hrend unseres Urlaubs war jederzeit ansprechbar fĂŒr uns.In dem schönen, sauberen und gemĂŒtlichen Haus haben wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und den Pool und den Tennisplatz genossen. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig und Flayosc ein hĂŒbsches kleines StĂ€dtchen, in dem es vergleichsweise viel Infrastruktur gibt (mehrere BĂ€cker, Friseure, Metzgerei, Post, Restaurants)

Es war ein einmalig schöner Urlaub. Das wunderschöne Haus mit seinem Pool, PĂ©tanque und natĂŒrlich dem großen, privaten Tennisplatz lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die kurze Autofahrt ins Dorf ist problemlos und Flayosc selber mit seinem vielfĂ€ltigen Angebot bietet alles was man braucht und auf die vielen verschiedenen Restaurants freut man sich jeden Abend. Doch auch die Umgebung hat ganz viel zu bieten, was wir Dank der wirklich sehr lieben Vermieterin, Catherine, kennenlernen durften. Einzig die Zeit war zu kurz, so dass wir uns auf einen weiteren Besuch schon jetzt sehr freuen.

Wir waren im Juli mit 3 Kindern in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus und haben uns glĂ€nzend erholt. Highlights sind der sehr schöne Pool, das völlig private GrundstĂŒck und der Tennisplatz, den wir tĂ€glich genutzt haben. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und sauber, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen und eine ausfĂŒhrliche Einweisung gegeben. Sie war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage ist nach Verbrauch extra zu bezahlen - nachts ist man dankbar dafĂŒr, dass es sie gibt. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung von uns!

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem GrundstĂŒck mit hohem Freizeitwert.Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin.Sehr gute Restaurants in nĂ€chster Umgebung.Vielleicht sollte man die, doch im Mai erforderlichen zusĂ€tzlichen Heizkosten, sofort auf den Mietpreis umlegen, mussten pro Tag zusĂ€tzlich 10 bezahlen.

TrĂšs chouette logement avec piscine, tennis et petanques, il y a de quoi faire :-) La famille s'y est bien plus. Il y a de trĂšs beaux villages a voir tout prĂšs, dont notamment tourtour.Point d'amĂ©lioration possible : les fauteuils et certains lits/matelas pourraient ĂȘtre plus confortable.

SĂ©jour Ă  4, en famille Ă  la Toussaint

TrĂšs beau logement, calme et reposant. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine, le terrain de tennis qui est en super Ă©tat, le terrain de pĂ©tanque qui est trĂšs bien aussi. Nous avons pu pratiquer du sport en famille. Nous avons dĂ©couvert de trĂšs beaux chemins de randonnĂ©e. Venus Ă  la Toussaint, nous avons eu un temps relativement ensoleillĂ© et 2 jours de pluie intense, provoquant des inondations dans la rĂ©gion. Catherine est une hĂŽte charmante, qui nous a donnĂ© des conseils Ă  notre arrivĂ©e sur les lieux Ă  visiter, les spĂ©cialitĂ©s, les restos. Hors saison, beaucoup de commerce Ă©taient fermĂ©s. Seul bĂ©mol dans le logement, le wifi. Ne prĂ©voyait pas du tĂ©lĂ©travail, le rĂ©seau ne le permet pas. Il est assez incertain, surtout Ă  plusieurs. Je recommande cette location, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, propre et fidĂšle aux photos. Merci Catherine de votre accueil 🙏

Alles wunderbar

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in Catherines schönem Ferienhaus verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bei durchwachsenem Herbstwetter hatten wir dank Pool, Tennisplatz und großem GelĂ€nde keinerlei Langeweile. Catherine hat uns beim Check-in viele nĂŒtzliche Tipps gegeben, so dass wir in der kurzen Zeit, die wir hatten, ein umfassendes Bild von diesem schönen Teil der Provence machen konnten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, das GrundstĂŒck groß und perfekt mit Hund, da komplett eingezĂ€unt. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal im Sommer wieder.

SĂ©jour au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Catherine qui est nichée en pleine nature. La maison est d'une grande propreté. Le terrain équipé d'une piscine, d'un terrain de pétanque et d'un terrain de tennis permet de pratiquer de nombreuses activités sur place. Bien située, de nombreuses visites sont possibles aux alentours. Un grand merci à Catherine pour son accueil et les bons conseils prodigués.

Vacances de rĂȘve

Superbe maison - tout confort - Piscine, tennis, pétanque... - un jardin de 4600 m2 clÎturé sans aucun vis à vis - tout est parfaitement bien entretenu...Sans oublier nos petites rainettes ! :-) La localisation est optimale : 50 min des gorges du Verdon - 50 min des plages - 15 min de Draguignan pour les courses Région magnifique avec ses petits villages provençaux à visiter - Catherine, la propriétaire est super, trÚs sympathique, trÚs discrÚte mais trÚs réactive à nos questions. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great house in a nice rural area in Provence

Spacious and clean house with all the equipment you need in the kitchen. A nice pool and a beautiful garden with petanque court and a little garden pond with frogs. The tennis court is a cement-type of hard court which we enjoyed a lot during our stay (no flood light though).

We loved it!

My wife and I had a lovely stay last week in the villa, that really had all the luxury we wanted and more. The veranda (very enjoyable with the hot weather), the lovely swimming pool and nice garden and off course the tennis court. Lots of privacy and Cathy and Hervé were very kind and supportive. Urlaub im Paradies

Ein herrlicher Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen beim Anblick dieses wunderschön und liebevoll angelegten GrundstĂŒcks. Ob beim Entspannen oder beim Schwimmen, Tennis oder PĂ©tanque spielen - es wird nie langweilig. Im Haus ist an Ausstattung wirklich alles vorhanden, um den Aufenthalt komfortabel und bequem zu gestalten.Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und "seinen" Garten bewacht. Die symphatische Vermieterin versorgt ihre GĂ€ste mit wertvollen Tipps ĂŒber Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und ist auch wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes immer zu erreichen. Es war einfach ein Traumurlaub und die Abreise fiel uns wirklich schwer. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen!

Exzellente Location fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Provence

Hier hat alles gepasst. Tolles Haus mit allem, was man sich wĂŒnscht. Nur Internet-TV fehlt. Großer, eingezĂ€unter Garten mit Boule- und Tennis-Platz. Ideal auch fĂŒr unsere HĂŒndin, die sich hier frei bewegen konnte. Zudem eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich bei Bedarf mit viel Engagement zuvorkommend um unsere WĂŒnsche gekĂŒmmert hat. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und auch das Meer, die CĂŽte d'Azur, der Lac St. Croix und Grasse sind binnen einer Stunde zu erreichen. Ein idealer Mix also! Sehr gerne mal wieder!

Vacances sportives au top !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La météo favorable pour un mois de février nous a permis de profiter pleinement du vaste extérieur et en particulier du terrain de tennis privé qui a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. La maison est trÚs fonctionnelle et agréable. Un grand merci à Catherine pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
