The in the listed town house in the II. Holiday apartment "Atelier im Huus Hillig-Geist" located on the upper floor is the ideal starting point for everyone who wants to explore the city from the quiet side street. With just a few steps (approx. 20 m) you are directly in the more than 2 km long pedestrian zone with its shops, restaurants and cafes and can explore Flensburg in this way. You are also in just 5 minutes on the Museumsberg or at the top of the harbor. During the Christmas season you can enjoy the Christmas market free of charge and if you want to retreat to the apartment with just a few steps.

When you enter the apartment, you immediately notice the generous feeling of space that was created during the renovation by opening the apartment to the attic and exposing the exposed beams. Large roof windows, the light wooden floor and the Scandinavian-style furnishings ensure an exceptional living experience. In addition to the spacious living room and gallery with a second sleeping area (double bed 160x200 cm), which can be completely darkened, and the modern open kitchen, the apartment has a bedroom and an exclusive bathroom. The living room area with the couch invites you to watch TV or read, for example.
The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) from which you can also watch TV, and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen is full and a. equipped with a dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. The modern bathroom with underfloor heating offers you pleasant luxury with a comfort whirlpool tub and a rain shower with side massage jets.

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung mitten in der Stadt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um morgens in den nahegelegenen CafĂ©s zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken. Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war sehr unkompliziert ĂŒber einen SchlĂŒsseltresor organisiert, sodass An- und Abreise sehr entspannt liefen. Vielen Dank! Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Charming attic apartment with fabulous location

My two children and I spent a wonderful weekend in Flensburg and this apartment made our stay that much more enjoyable. We loved walking the 25 yards to the pedestrian street, which had access to shops, restaurants, the Saturday market, Molly the pug at the eyeglass store, the iconic Flensburg shoes and the harbor! Convenient doesn’t do the location justice. The attic apartment was warm and welcoming, beds were comfortable, and fixtures modern with the perfect Scandinavian minimalism. The natural light in the apartment was amazing. And waking up in the morning to the church bells was a welcome treat. We traveled from the US to attend a former Au pairs wedding and No 9 was the perfect home base! We found that it was a short walk back to the train station, which made our trip even more convenient. Thank you Philipp for your help and hospitality. It was a trip we will not forget!
