Where do I begin. Chose this place because of the pool and hot tub. Nowhere does it say they have been closed for some time which I found out from an unapologetic staff.was told could cancel reservation which conveniently website said no cancellations tried to get dinner at their restaurant and told it closed cause someone had to leave. Beds were like trying to sleep on a trampoline stains everywhere hair all over the bathroom holes in the parking lot that were too big to be classified as potholes.place reeked of pot which can't really blame them for. Only positive note I can end with is that the shower had great water pressure. Would never recommend this place and I will not be using Expedia again in the future

I booked this room for my son to swim for his birthday. Arrived at the property for check in and was told the pool was down. Not once did they say online that the pool was down and not available, something like that should have been advertised so that people aware at the time of booking.

The room was clea but there wete 4 of us and 2 towels, washclothes, etc. Coffeemaker in room but only 2 coffee packs & they were decaf( in the morning(?!?). One of the window curtains had a tear in it. Front desk was abrupt, efficient but not welcoming. No free breakfast.

The lady the was running the desk was very rude to me and my animal. She was the reason i changed my reservation from 2 days to 1.

The pillows and bed were comfortable and the shampoo options were great for my hair!

Easy check in and out. Also, convenient. The rooms were decent.

Fancy Best Western

Pool was inop. Would be nice to know that during reservation. Also I paid $33 extra for breakfast for my son and I. This morning when we came down for breakfast we were informed that there was no breakfast. Only a Starbucks that we could purchase breakfast from. I have literally had a more comfortable bed in a US Navy berthing. I would rate this hotel as a Best Western with nice paneling.
