Was kept awake until 3AM because of the loud music & bass thumping. My window facing the lobby was actually vibrating & i was on the 3rd floor!! People were yelling & screaming .... Running up & down the hall...doors slamming,& others banging on them...this was ALL NIGHT LONG, after the music finally stopped.... JHORRIBLE STAY!!!

We got there and were told that my spouse who is going through cancer treatments and was exhausted couldnt stay as we didnt realize there was a deposit of 250.00. It was after midnight and we coulsbt get another room and she could care less. No compassion
