Cozy flat located in via Fra Giovanni Angelico near Piazza Beccaria and the Arno river in Florence. Recently completely renovated, this apartment is very modern and functional. The interior spaces are developed on two levels: on the upper level we find the kitchen with dining area and the first double bedroom, while on the lower level there are the second double bedroom, two complete bathrooms with shower and a closet / laundry.
The house is well equipped as it has everything you need for cooking, washing machine and TV. The windows are equipped with double glazing and mosquito nets. An ideal apartment for a family as it can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to a double bed and two single beds. The house can be rented for both short and longer periods.
