We stayed six wonderful days in this beautiful hotel. We ate dinner at its restaurant once, and the four of us loved the food. Every day we had a glass of wine at the lovely bar, met the friendly servers as well as other travelers. We stepped out the door every morning and were just steps away from the Duomo and Da Vinci museum and stores and fun outdoor places to eat. Real linen bedding! Chocolates on our pillows!

Excellent place to stay ! The location was perfect - within walking distance to many key places to see and visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. What a beautiful hotel! Quiet, clean, and within steps of so many historic sites. The staff were very helpful with directions, maps, and recommendations. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities, and the decor was amazing. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The staff was very courteous, they gave us 2 bottles of water every night including a hazelnut chocolate treat for two on our pillows. The hotel has a nice rustic, old school vibes which I love. Breakfast and dinner was really delicious. The hotel is near many tourist attractions. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Lovely comfortable room in a well decorated and maintained hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Perfect location just behind Palazzo Vecchio so close to everything I wanted to see. In the run up to Christmas it was well decorated and I particularly liked the little Christmas decorations on all tables in the breakfast room, a nice little touch.
