DO NOT RECOMMEND! Arrived at 3 to check in when we were told we could but then on arrival we were told to wait. We waited 15 minutes and then asked how long we were expected to wait till we could check in the lady was snacking and drinking and had a bitter attitude with us. We had to leave for an event that we had to attend so the money was wasted down the drain on a place that we could not even check in with. I have never had issues like this before.

The room was very comfortable. The shower was hot. The inside was renovated and clean. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit would have been nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient overnight

It was ok for an overnight stay. The amount I payed was appropriate. Convenient right off the I95, lots of places to eat, and gas stations with good pricing. It was busy when I checked in, phone ringing etc, but the lady at the desk was patient and efficient.

Major disappointment

Arrived approx 2:40pm to be very rudely told no rooms available until 3:35. Finally got checked in after 4pm. Front staff were not friendly and quite abrupt. In speaking with another guest she received the same rudeness. We got to our room to find it very filthy. Much of the dirt and dust seemed to have been there for quite some time. Very disappointing as our Days Inn stay is West Virginia the previous night was the opposite. We will never stay here again.

The shower handle would not stay in place and kept drifting down producing cold water. The pillows were filled with old foam. Main problem was the heating unit. Every time the thermostat called for heat the unit sounded like it was going to explode. Very very bad night.

The room #[40 was disgusting. Our feet literally stuck to the floors there was missing outlet cover, wires hanging out of the heating and cooling unit dirty lampshades dirty walls. The unit needs painting the tile is so dirty in the bathroom. I doubt it would come clean and it’s just overall disgusting.

Check in and Location issues

Check in was difficult. Two people working, no one else in lobby. No one wanted to check me in. Finally, one started helping me but was talking to a friend on her phone and requesting a food delivery. They were both very rude and not helpful. Hotel did not seem to be in a good area either. Lots of vehicle traffic in and out of the hotel and other guests at the hotel were outside walking alongside the rooms and talking loud all night long. We ended up leaving the hotel at 3am as no one could sleep. It was awful.
