Publié le 1 nov. 2019 sur HomeAwayBel appartement où il fait bon vivre en famille. Situation idéale pour les visites des différents sites et musées que nous avons effectuées à pied. De plus, les petits restaurants ne manquent pas aux alentours dont l’un s’appelle l’Atelier que nous recommandons tout particulièrement (cuisine excellente et personnel très sympathique).

La propriétaire est très sympathique et prête à répondre à toutes les questions.
La cuisine est bien équipée, y compris avec le nécessaire de base comme café, sel ...
Très bonne adresse à recommander !

Publié le 6 janv. 2018 sur HomeAwayL'appartement est très bien équipé, confortable et décoré avec goût. Les deux salles de bains sont un vrai plus, d'autant qu'elles sont toute deux refaites à neuf. Cuisine bien équipée elle aussi, qui permet de se préparer de vrais repas (le lave-vaisselle est appréciable, et le lave-linge permet d'envisager de longs séjours). Lits assez confortables. L'emplacement de l'appartement est un atout important : à deux pas du palazzo Vecchio, des Offices, de Santa Croce... tout en étant dans une rue un peu retirée, à l'écart des foules, ce qui garantit un calme relatif.
Simona et Francesca sont très réactives et très attentives, idéal pour un séjour en toute quiétude ! Bref, c'est un appartement hautement recommandable.

She is very approachable and ready to help with any concerns. The apartment is big enough for four adults without any problems. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This comfortable, extremely well-kept and furnished, spotlessly maintained apartment is THE place you want to call your “home away from home.” Your host, Simona, is at once welcoming and responsive to any foreseeable need during your stay which always puts a traveler at ease - whether for a few nights or a few weeks. You simply won’t find a better spot to explore this amazing city. Located on a quiet narrow street, just a few steps up across from a small church, you will love the sense of peace and quiet after a day of navigating the sights and endless marvels of Florence. Enjoy your stay.

Best apartment in Florence!!
Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were more pleased than we expected! Our host, Simona, offers a WELL furnished and comfortable stay for 4 adults for 10 nights. She provides a wealth of info for getting around Florence: where to get groceries (she provides a cart), helped us find parking and even arranged a cab to the airport at 4:30 AM! She was very easy to reach for questions.
Her apartment is very beautifully decorated, and the kitchen thoughtfully includes EVERYTHING, even to prepare a meal of fresh made pasta and wine from the little shop right around the corner! Our "welcome" of a small bottle of Prosecco and pastry treats was unexpected, but seems typical for her level of hospitality.
We had NO problems with the apartment. It is in a safe and secure area. Very close to countless eating and sightseeing venues. We highly recommend her apartments (she has 2 in this building, the Francesca and the Simona)
