The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The air in our room wouldn't get warm enough.

Service and staff were great. The offering of free breakfast was very good. Location to the train station and City was excellent.
The hotel is situated beside very noisy restaurants. If you can sleep with lots of noise all night long you will be okay. There is a heated rack in bathroom for towels which is great but makes the room very hot.

Buongiorno and thank you so much for you feedback and for such nice appreciation to our staff and to our breakfast, we always try to offer the best service for a great experience and do it with pleasure.We are sorry that sleep was not very quiet for the noise but maybe it was also a very special time of the year and maybe even though we have good soudproof windows the area was a little bit more noisy and crowded thank usual. For the rack we could have low the heat a little bit more down...if we knew. Thank you anyway for the suggestions , we will keep an eye on everything to make it better and despite all this we do look forward to see you again during your next trip to Firenze!

This hotel was great. The breakfast was awesome. The location was perfect for walking the city as well as having great access to the train station. I also noticed a lot of the walking tours began in the area so it was convenient. Food choices everywhere and many many convenient stores nearby. The staff was great!
