Thanks to the warmed welcome from the host. Eventhough I arrived earlier than expected, we offered me an upgrade for the room which I really appreciate. The new suite Fellini room was awsome spacious and very modern. I felt like home and the host was available for any of my questions and needs to enjoy my stay. Strongly recommended as it was close to the train station and bus station.

Publié le 15 mai 2019 sur HotelsExcellent accueil de la charmante Giulia, qui de plus s'est chargée de réserver pour nous une table au "Café 1926" où nous avons bien dîné et passé une excellente soirée animée par le groupe musical "Jazz Manouche".
Une surprise car non prévu;;;le petit déj gratuit pendant le séjour.
Encore merci pour tout...grosses bises Giulia.

Tres bien situé, on y est comme à la maison
Publié le 27 sept. 2018 sur HotelsCet établissement est très bien situé, juste à coté de la gare (aussi point d'arrivée du bus de l'aéroport) et près du centre historique. Le décor est sympa et on se sent comme à la maison. L'accueil est très sympa. J'ai juste regretté l'absence de fenêtre (j'avais une des chambres en mezzanine) car ayant une pause dans les réunions, je suis restée travailler à l'hôtel. Mais pour dormir c'est parfait, le lit est confortable et malgré la rue passante c'est calme.

El trato del personal es buenísimo, las instalaciones limpias y en orden
Soy muy amables, viajé sola y pude llegar muy rápido desde la estación de tren Santa Maria Novella

We stayed one night. Place wasn’t as the photos showed online. You need to go up 3 sets of stairs with your luggage because doesn’t have elevator. The place is dirty, bathroom is not private, mattress and pillows were terrible and have mosquitos. The only positive is that is near the train station. Don’t go there!

Good Morning Ms. Delgado,First of all thank you for the reservation made for only 1 night and for our Deluxe room with PRIVATE EXTERNAL BATHROOM.As explained upon check in, we just gave to you the room that you choosed – the only thing we can say is to read better in order to understand what you are reserving.We are very sorry to hear that, even though we asked multiple times if everything was okay and we had an affirmative answer.we defenetly helped you with your luggages in the check-in and check-out, we never had any complaints from your part about nor the mattress or the pillow if it was the case we would have been more than happy to provide solution for all your problems, Every room is equipped with a mosquitos repellent.To be as clear as possible, we always say and highlight also hear, that Home Boutique is inside a palace of 500 years without elevator; this should be clear as well as we always help our guests with theyr bags. Lastly we are sorry again about you feeling that way and we kindly invite you to our structure again so you can change your view about us.Best Regards

청결하고 만족하면서 썼습니다.
직원들이 아주아주 친절합니다.
세탁기/건조기가 있어서 여행 중간에 세탁할 수 있어서 여행 짐 줄이는데도 너무 좋은 숙소였습니다.
역에서도 가깝고, 근처에 맛집이 있어서 좋았습니다.
방음이 조금 안 되는 측면이 있었으나 이는 이태리 모든 숙소의 공통점으로 보여 크게 문제는 안 됐습니다.
