So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here!

Definitely needs an update, rooms are old, and the walls are scratched and old. This hotel was not inexpensive at all. Definitely need to change some things, i would not return or recommend.

Hello, although the staff was accommodating and professional, the beds at this hotel were terrible. They were so hard we hardly slept. The next day we did ask for some kind of a mattress and they supplied that for us, but it still wasn't good enough to get a good nights sleep. The area around this hotel is extremely noisy. The rooftop bar was lovely. There was good shopping close to this hotel and lots of restaurant choices but overall, if you're not getting a good nights sleep, then the rest of your day is not great.

Loved how central this hotel is. Front desk staff is very kind & efficient. The furniture in the room is very dated with paint missing on the chairs, folded up paper under the armoire leg, chips in the desk Otherwise, the rooftop is nice and the payment was fair.

The property was quite basic but the staff were helpful and efficient. Although everything was within easy walking distance which was great, pick pockets were rife. One of us had our bag stolen outside the hotel. As we were on our way to the airport, this was a nightmare!

Voy a comenzar con lo bueno, la ubicacion es excelente, muy cerca de la estacion del tren y de casi todo. el personal muy amables todos, no se filtraba el ruido de la calle, la terraza genial. la entrada al hotel es muy bonita. la habitacion que yo rente era para 4 y era grande y las camas comodas. Yo pienso que a este hotal le falta un poco de DETALLE por ejemplo las alfrobras de los pasillos estaba muy vieja con excepcion del ultimo piso que se veia nueva, no se si es que estan cambiandolas poco a poco, la tapa del toliet de mi bano era mas pequena que el toliet, y algunas esquinas de las paredes estaba rotas, entiendo que la gente las dana con las maletas pero a eso me refiero con que LE FALTA EL DETALLE, se supone que una buena administracion veria eso, el mini frizer de mi habitacion no enfriaba bien y eso que lo cambiaron porque en mi caso necesito refrigerar medicinas, pero como no enfriaba ellos guardaron mis medicinas en sus neveras, en dos ocaciones que llegamos a la habitacion no habia luz, aunque el staff llego y lo soluciono al parecer se bajaban los brekes no lo se y ellos tampoco. No puedo opinar sobre la comida porque no comi en el hotel. Si no fueran por esos detalles les daria 10 en todo.
