This property was expensive for what you get. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The entrance had a foul smell and was run down. The noise from outside was difficult and the only window opened on a smelly courtyard- so we couldn’t escape the smell no matter what.
I would not recommend this hotel and since we had no choice because it was refundable, we stayed.

Room Lisboa was big, clean and comfy, had everything needed for a short stay.
The noise from the street was really loud during the night when the street cleaners/rubbish removal were working.
Margarite was very helpful, gave us a map and was very kind, other staff quite abrupt.

The room was spacious and the building had an elevator. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only thing complaint we had was that we had to buy a wine opener in order to enjoy a bottle in the room. We would still highly recommend this property.

Our room was roomy and very comfortable. Within steps of Duomo. Breakfast was delicious. Close to great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit.
