The hotel cancelled our reservation at 10:30 am due to damage that they were not able to repair so we had to look for another hotel for over an hour as it was a busy weekend and most properties were sold out. Very frustrating.

Our room was not the size we reserved. Apparently this location doesn’t have the larger rooms. So Expedia has false info. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed very well. The wardrobe was falling apart. But at $97 I suppose we get what we pay for.

The early morning front desk person is rude, the shuttle driver is dishonest and there were bugs in our room. When I told the front desk person (Diane or Donna) about the bugs in our room and showed her a picture on my phone her reply was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. Disgusting. Never again.

Property looked nothing like the pictures the carpet was ripped the tiles were broke in the bathroom. They were cigarette stains, even though it was a non-smoking room. There’s food on the floor in the hallway. The door wasn’t even locked the bathroom door when it shut it was an overall disgusting property.

I didn't like the place . The room was dirty & always smelled like cigarettes . The room supposed to have microwave but it didn't . I would never stay in the hotel it was terrible.

This property looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Doors don’t shut. Locks don’t work. Floors broken. Carpet torn. Cigarette stains. I almost went to my car to sleep.

We did not get the rooms we reserved. One of our rooms was not able to unlock with our key because the lock was broke and had to be unlocked by staff every time we wanted in. The dead bolt was broke. It smelled of weed and was very filthy. Doors down the hall were locked in, door knobs were broke on doors. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after the first night as we felt very unsafe and it was a filthy hotel.
