Mediocre hotel at best

It was mediocre at best. Not the worst, but definitely not the best. Decent for a small town. Customer service could have been a lot better. The pictures make it look new and clean but we had some issues with the room being clean and the fridge wasn't working properly. When I went to ask if we could switch rooms, the front desk person was very cold and dismissive and said the hotel was full, there wasn't nothing they could do. I ended up asking for a clean set of sheets and had to remake the bed myself. The breakfast attend was really nice and very attentive, albeit loud if you're sensitive to that in the morning like I am and the smell of the hot breakfast was definitely a turn off for me. We also had some pretty loud neighbors in the hallway fairly late at night both nights. All in all, it served it's purpose, just barely, of a place to sleep while we go experience the nature of the middle coast of Oregon during the day. My advice is doing spend too much on it. It was a very convenient location.

There is NO ELEVATOR for rooms on 2nd floor. Plumbing fixtures are newer, unusual to have bar-type sink in room in addition to full bath. Long counter in room + moderate counter in bathroom. Comfortably firm bed and pillows. Quiet room. Wallpaper peeling in a few places. Less lights than expected. Bkfst: cereals, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, juices, coffee & teas, fruit. Friendly staff.

Even though the hotel is a bit dated and our room was a tad musty, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Even though we had to tell our neighbors to be quiet, our stay overall was pleasant.

We had a quick trip to Oregon for a baby shower and didn't know the area. This hotel was clean and very quiet! They had an amazing continental breakfast!

Overall, it was ok. The air conditioner was noisy, however, and even though it’s only two stories, an elevator would have been nice. I’m also really hating hotels with bathtubs: having to step into one just to shower has gotten to be a hassle. I did, however, book an additional night a couple of days later so yeah: it’s not THAT bad.
