Great location, in the heart of Florence. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable.The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was like a type of continental breakfast. Not crazy about it but I had no high expectations. The coffee was terrible, but again, no high expectations.

Staff was extremely pleasant accommodating and delightful. This was such a great spot for us to stay in Florence! In the evening after dinner outside our balcony facing the piazza were different musicians performing. I recommend stay here for a fabulous romantic time. Great for couples! Loved everything!!

Excelente para vivir la vida de Florencia, limpio, el desayuno familiar ubicado frente a la estatua de la justicia en el centro histórico. Rodeado de cafes y todo se puede recorrer a pie. Excelente en todo sentido. El lugar esta renovado pero conserva toda su antigüedad desde el ascensor hasta el mobiliario.
