Room was clean but bed was uncomfortable, shower faucet leaked, and ac did not turn off. Twice we encountered staff lounging on the sofas instead of being behind the desk. One staff member was so bold he was relaxing on the couch vaping and watching videos on his phone. Not very professional.

Everything was great except the water temperature for the shower which we could not get beyond luke warm, bu there was plenty of hot water for the sink.I'm thinking the temperature on the boiler / water heater needs to be adjusted.

Room was spotless. Alisa was at the front desk is a joy and always very helpful. I deducted 1 star for the same 2 reasons as last time because the sofas are well past their usefulness. You sit on them and you sink in. Also the hot tub is STILL NO WORKING !

Wonderful experience staying here - the front desk person was not only here when I checked in at 3 pm , and she helped me with a printing thing I had to get done. Recommended a good Mexican restaurant Very friendly and customer oriented Her name is Valerie Management you need all the Valeries you can get !!! She was also there when I booked another night at 6 AM Nice to see such a great work ethic in a young individual. Room was clean - breakfast was great Definitely stay here if you are in floresville area

My stay in 113 was great for except one thing, the sofa in my room has long outlived its usefulness. When I sat in it your practically fall through it and then its hard to get up out of it!

Room was okay but the bathroom needs help. Tub faucet dripped 24 hours a day, porcelain on tub was damaged in several places, toilet was made for toddlers…very, very, low. The staff was very nice and the maid room service was good each day. We really enjoyed the pavilion in the parking lot…our group gathered there a few times and it was nice to have that outdoor area.
