quartos distantes das instalacoes , restaurantes, piscinas e praia. acesso atraves de uma ladeira muito ingrime nao recomendado para idosos e pessoas com dificuldade de locomocao. paguei 3 diarias porem na segunda resolvi ir embora por conta desta dificuldade. Tentei fazer um upgrade para quartos mais proximos porem nao fui atendido.

Esperava mais do resort pelo preço que se paga!

Estadia confortavel, hotel esta em manuteção no SPORT GAMES, não podendo utiliza-la, bares no domingo estão abrindo tarde, o da piscina principal abre as 09:0, mas atrasou abrir, funcionarios que atendem nos bares náo tem pressa para atender, indiferente da fila que aguarda! bar da piscina internacional abriu 10:00 formandio fila na principal. Almoco normal, jantar no muito bom nos restaurentes com reservca, o do SUSHI não era bom, não aconselho!

It has become my top one hotel. We were actually sad we had to leave, that’s how good it is. Incredible food, excellent gardens, pools and activities. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Bad for babies

Not prepared for family with babies or at least they didn’t want to be prepared with us. No highchairs with security, no elevator in the building we had to sleep (3 floors by stairs), smoking allowed in pool area.. and general attendance was not good, most of hotel team does not speak nor english nor spanish...

Não é o melhor resort do Brasil

O resort está todo em reforma, acordamos às 07 da manhã com barulho de obra no quarto. Várias áreas desativadas, como por exemplo, a sala de games, e em nenhum lugar é relatado sobre, porém o valor da diária é o mesmo sem metade dos serviços. Área kids é ridícula, não tem brinquedos, não tem recreação, não tem atividades diferentes e lúdicas. Queríamos ter ido no rodízio de pizza, porém reservaram outro restaurante pra nós, fomos tentar trocar a reserva e não pudemos pq nos dias que nós ficamos lá não iria abrir. Com relação ao apartamento, nos informaram que tínhamos recebido um up grade, porém os banheiros ficaram sem água quente e o banheiro social estava com cheiro forte de esgoto, imagino como estava o quarto sem essa “bonificação”. A parte da alimentação é bem fraca, tanto nas refeições principais quanto nos cafés, as bebidas não alcoólicas também tem poucas opções. A acessibilidade é péssima, viemos com carrinho de bebê, e o local possuiu muitas escadas e subidas. Os demais locais como parque ecológico, fazendinha… abrem em dias e horários determinados, você não pode ir no momento que você deseja e sim quando o resort determina e se chove já era. Subimos de van para as quadras e encontramos lá um lugar sujo, fedendo e com lixo ao redor, inclusive todas as áreas do resort tem um cheiro desagradável. O elevador da área social é extremamente fedido. precisava descansar sem me preocupar com nada e no fim, voltei mais exausta do que já fui.
