I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Flowood 118 Laurel Park Cove, Flowood, MS, 39232 on Thursday October 12th - Sunday October 15th. On Thursday about 15 minutes after I checked into my room, I called down to the from desk because the refrigerator was not coming on. Upon further inspection I saw that it was unplugged. As I tried to plug it back up water started leaking from it. I also saw how dirty and nasty it was. I explained this to the young man and he came right up. He said that he was the only one on duty and said that I’d have to wipe up the water because house keeping was gone for your night. He said that he would leave at note for the manager to call Mr the next morning which would have been Friday 10/13. I cleaned the water up and he plugged the refrigerator up however, I didn’t use it because it was nasty and had mold it in. The next morning I went down for breakfast around 6:15 and asked to speak with the manager. I was told that she wasn’t in yet but would call me call me when she got in later. The lady also said that house keeping would be up to clean the refrigerator. I advised that I put my “do not disturb” sign on the door because I funky like people in my room while I’m out. The lady at the from said that’ll be ok and they would find while I’m in my room. I waited in my room for about 4 hours that morning no one came and the manger didn’t call.I left and stopped at the from desk yet again.
