Ran my card unauthorized when we’re not checked in and I have proof that shows we had until 5am to check in. I even clicked the option to pay at property. Very disappointed and will probably not stay at the hotel again because there was no communication on the website that states they have to run your card if you don’t check in by 4pm. They should call the customers to ask prior before running the card. Also the staff didn’t care that the night before we had a smoker nearby when this was supposed to be a non smoking facility. All they said was sorry. very unhappy with the customer service by

We are very sorry that you are unhappy. Your payment options when you booked the room through Expedia were to "Pay Now or Pay a Deposit". You chose the "Pay Deposit". There is no option to pay nothing till check in. When you booked with the Travel Agent you agreed to the terms and conditions on the website which allowed us to charge the card you gave to book the room (per the terms and conditions) on the website, therefore you did give permission by giving your card number. The 50.00 is a "Rental Deposit" which is a seperate fee that has nothing to do with the room and tax. The "Pay Now or Pay a Deposit is referring to Room and Tax. It is offered to you in a screen when you decide to book a room. It is the first choice that you have on the Travel Agent Website. The terms and conditions I refer to are from the Travel Agent which is separate from ours. The Policies that you booked for us are correct. It says that you pay the 50.00 upon arrival.The Travel Agent at Travelocity( part of Expedia Group) tried to explain the same thing to you. Once again we are very sorry that you are unhappy. The staff would have been happy to explain this to you while you were here. Our property is Non Smoking and we checked the area you were in and found no smokers. We are very sorry you were unhappy however, the property did nothing wrong.

Booked for nonsmoking and smokers were around our room. The cigarette smoke woke us up in the middle of the night. I complained and the staff didn’t do anything about it other than apologize. The hotel also ran my credit card unauthorized. We booked via Travelocity so we could pay when we got there but come to find out the hotel ran my card for the one night without my approval. We hadn’t even checked in yet when they ran my card. Very unhappy and probably will not stay here again due to lack of caring for customers and going above and beyond for customer service.

Nice location recently renovated. The air conditioner made noise the only time u don’t hear it is when it’s cut off. The toilet commode is to low. I would stay there again.

Requested a new room because of bugs. Common areas were unclean from construction workers walking in and out.

The hotel is getting a very good update, the upstairs is all redone they working on the downstairs. Worth giving the hotel a chance.
