You will LOVE the swing bed on the porch!! The master has Oceanfront view & access to the balcony, king bed, TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with garden tub, shower & dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, private bath with tub & shower, & TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, attached 3rd full bath with tub & shower, & TV. The living room has a large flat screen TV, & access to the covered balcony facing the ocean!
Washer & dryer in-unit. Free high-speed WIFI & Cable. The unit has 2 reserved parking spaces & access to storage downstairs for your beach items. There is an outdoor shower & beach towels provided for your use. Direct beach access is right beside the building & there is a lifeguard station directly behind the condo on the beach. There is an elevator right outside your door to make moving luggage and groceries a breeze. This unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. *Please Note: An elevator replacement project is scheduled to take place January through February 2027. The building will remain open and accessible; however, the elevator will be out of service during this time, and stair access will be required. Guests may also experience intermittent daytime construction noise and temporary parking restrictions while work is underway. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed and apologize for any inconvenience.*
*Pet fee is $125 plus tax, per dog, with a 2 dog maximum. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
