In the heart of one of France's oldest winter sports resorts, Font-Romeu, the Cocoonr Agency is offering this charming, modern 50 m² flat, which will be completely renovated in October 2021 and can comfortably accommodate 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy the Catalan mountain air and the view. Bed linen and towels included, broadband wifi, we're waiting for you to relax and recharge your batteries!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with wall-mounted Sony SmartTV, sofa, bookcase and dining area for up to 6 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 3-point induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (150×200) (with a hand-stitched mattress on a velvet base), dressing-room-style storage and direct access to the terrace with a view of the Cambre d'Aze on the left-hand side when you wake up.
- A fully-equipped shower room with wall-hung WC (integrated showerhead for intimate toiletry), walk-in shower with adjustable shower jets, washbasin, illuminated mirror, heated towel rail, hairdryer, shower products and shampoo...
Outside:
- A spacious 11 m² south-facing terrace runs the length of the flat, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather and the view of the Pyrenees, Cambre d'Aze and the Cerdagne Catalane valley.

It is a small condominium consisting of 8 flats. Boulevard François Arago is located in the town centre, facing south, below the main traffic area, offering greater tranquillity. You'll be within walking distance of all the shops and attractions in the town centre, as well as the rest of the points of interest that are easily accessible by car via direct local and departmental roads.
