The property is twenty acres, off a rustic road and the general area is rich with Vineyards, trails and fine restaurants
Other things to note:
Please Note: re: HEATING THE POOL. Our pool is 10 ft. deep and it's a challenge to keep it heated until the ambient outdoor temperature is warmer.
Pool heating is only available during certain times of the year.
There is a $350.00/day minimum of 2 days ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO HEAT THE POOL. That is our cost. ONLY STAFF CAN TURN ON THE HEATER. The pool is very deep and takes up to 24 hours to heat. Much of the time, the pool is very comfortable unheated, given the ambient air temperature.
The POOL is Unheated Nov 1â Memorial Day Weekend.
Additional guests exceeding the max occupancy of 8 paid guests, MUST be pre-approved by the host prior to your check-in. Any violation of this rule and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately!
This home is STRICTLY an animal-free zone due to severe allergies of the owner & family. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed and if there is evidence of pets on the property this will result in a $1,500 fine along with any cleaning or damages caused by pets, and you will be asked to VACATE the property immediately with NO refund.
You MUST notify owner during the inquiry process even if you have a service animal.
When you stay at the Oak & Vine Forestville, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
