The Space:

This thoughtfully reimagined cabin blends timeless charm with modern comfort. Once a 1930s hideaway, the home was lovingly rebuilt in 2021 and added an additional 800 sq. ft. of fresh space designed for easy living and memorable stays. From the moment you arrive, it feels like a retreat—quiet, inviting, and tucked beneath the trees.



Step inside to find a sunlit, open-concept living area with soft wood tones, curated décor, a romantic wood stove, and welcoming seating—perfect for sharing stories after a day exploring the river or curling up with a good book. The home features central heat and air-conditioning and the newly built kitchen features sleek appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare a meal with local finds from nearby markets or wineries.



This cabin features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for calming comfort. The vaulted master bedroom is a true haven, complete with a king-size bed, soft lighting, and elevated ceilings that invite in ample natural light. An en-suite bathroom provides added convenience. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third a full-size bed, with cozy linens and charming touches ensuring every guest feels right at home. Updated bathrooms throughout the cabin provide a refreshing space to get ready and recharge, showcasing fresh finishes and quality fixtures.



Outside, you’ll find a standout feature: the private swim spa AND hot tub, offering both relaxation and fun. Swim in place against a gentle current, or sit back and let the soothing jets melt your stress away. Whether you're soaking under the stars or starting your morning with a quiet dip, this space is designed to help you unwind.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire cabin, the deck, the swim spa, hot tub, and all outdoor areas. Parking includes a covered carport for two cars on the lower level, plus one additional space on the upper level. As part of the Hacienda Homeowners Association, guests also have access to a famous stretch of the Russian River, perfect for sunbathing or a refreshing swim with views of the picturesque Hacienda Bridge.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin sits in a quiet, friendly community surrounded by tall redwoods and warm, year-round neighbors. From the property, you’re a short drive to top-rated wineries, the charming downtown of Guerneville, and the Sonoma Coast. Spend the day exploring nearby nature trails, enjoy local eateries, or head out for an oceanfront adventure in Jenner or Bodega Bay.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore the Russian River, Guerneville, and the surrounding Sonoma Coast. Parking is available for up to three vehicles, including a covered carport. From river access and redwood trails to wineries and charming small towns, most destinations are a short and easy drive from the property.

Other Things to Note:

We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Dogs should not be left alone at any time unless they are crate trained and can remain inside the crate without causing noise disturbances. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs. In the event of any damage, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.



📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
