Five Marches is a spacious five bedroom home just outside Forfar, ideal for family gatherings, golf trips and countryside escapes. Sleeping up to 11 guests, the property features a private swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym space and large gardens with elevated countryside views. Peaceful and private, yet within easy reach of Dundee, Angus and the east coast.

Living Space and Bedrooms

The property is arranged across three levels with five bedrooms spread across the ground and first floors. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, making the layout practical for mixed age groups or guests looking to avoid stairs where possible.

Bedroom one is a ground floor double room with patio doors leading to the garden and an ensuite shower room. The master bedroom features a super king bed with an ensuite bathroom including both a bath and separate shower. Upstairs, there is an additional double bedroom, a flexible family room with one double bed and two singles, plus a single bedroom tucked under the eaves which also includes desk space for remote working.

In total, the house offers four bathrooms, including ensuite facilities, a family bathroom, an upstairs shower room and a separate WC.

The main living area is comfortable and sociable, with Smart TVs, relaxed seating and views across the surrounding greenery. Guests also have access to a private gym space and sauna, adding to the sense of comfort during longer stays.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen and dining areas are well suited to larger groups, with a dining table that seats up to 11 guests comfortably.
