Enjoy a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with a shared swimming pool. You will be received by warm and welcoming Dutch managers. The apartment has 2 balconies on the north side and south sides and there is parking available in the underground garage. This home on the Costa Blanca is located in an area that is popular with golfers. In the city centre, you will find the village square with the church, the town hall and cosy cafés and tapas bars around. Enjoy the quiet Spanish life while you always have the lively coast, with great beaches and water sports possibilities. For children, there is a nice aqua park in the region and a day of walking in the nearby nature reserve Lagunas de la Mata y Torrevieja is also worthwhile. Admire the salt lakes that are known for the pink water. There is plenty of cupboard space available, and there are DVDs and board games to keep you entertained. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. There is no lift in the apartment complex.
