A spacious ground-floor apartment in Los Palacios, Formentera Del Segura. The apartment is within walking distance to an array of services and amenities including shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The apartment makes up part of a small friendly community which boasts a swimming pool and ample sun-bathing areas.

Inside, the accommodation consists of: a spacious lounge-diner with A/C, wifi, an open plan kitchen with ample storage and workspace, 2 double bedrooms, plus a good-size family bathroom with walk-in shower. From both bedrooms you have direct access to a rear patio and utility room and in turn the communal pool area.

At the front of the property there is a large covered sun terrace with pull-down sun awnings - ideal for outdoor dining. The property is in excellent condition and boasts many extras including: A/C (inverters), drinking water system, tv with UK channels, ceiling fans, security grills, ample outdoor space, and much more.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.

Los Palacios is a short drive from the water park in Ciudad Quesada along with the great golf courses of La Marquesa in Ciudad Quesada and La Finca in Algorfa only being a short drive away, 7 minutes drive will bring you to the Blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura and you will find Alicante airport 30 minutes away and San Javier 40 minutes away.

The property could use some repairs en upgrades. The neighborhood in the weekend at evening and night could be loud with people hanging in the street and dogs barking.

Location great

The property needs updating with the furniture it’s a bit tied. The curtains in the room needs changing. One of the gas ring knobs was broken. The area was great and reached all of the places we wanted to go. Need a few more cutlery/ small veg knife ( I went and bought a potato peeler and had to buy batteries for the tv remote) little things like this need checking. The property was a great size all the rooms sizes were great. Rojales is a great town and could get to everywhere we wanted to go.

Nice stay

We are a retired couple so the property suited us . Quiet as most properties were empty , probably holiday home owners. Good for walking into neighbourhood places , Rojales, Formentera and Benimar . Did not bother us but you may need to inform anyone with family that the communal pool was in poor condition and is in need of repair and currently not in use. Some of the property contents were a bit tired but comfortable enough and the apartment is very spacious. Great shower and comfy beds.

Very nice place for a vacation

We loved our stay. The apartment is great. Such nice and friendly neighbours, the area is made for long walks with nice spots for a picnic. And the orangetrees are amazing, they both look and smell amazing, you can sit on the porch and just enjoy them. CH really took good care of us and checked in during our stay.
