THIS RENTAL IS LOCATED IN AN RV PARK IN THE HARBOR
This rental is located in a classic, old school RV park that have been in the harbor for decades. I personally think that is adds to the rustic harbor experience but there are some who do not like being in an RV park. Please look through all of the photos on this rental so you can get an idea of what the park is like so you can make a personal determination if this is right for you .
UNLOCKING THE FRONT DOOR
Using the door lock : When you arrive, go to the black key pad on the door, press the corresponding numbers for the code itself. After you press the last number press the unlock button in the image in the center and wait 5 seconds. You will hear a chime indicating that the door is unlocked. Proceed to pull the handle and the door will open.
IN THE HOUSE This rental is all about getting away from it all, the unit does have WiFi but NO PHONE in the unit. The beds are all custom made and are super comfy.
GARBAGE There are garbage cans for the trailer park at the inside entrance to the park on the left side when looking back from the unit.
VEHICLES There is only room for one vehicle which can park directly beside the unit. If there is need for a second vehicle, please reach out to us so we can try to accommodate if possible. Since the parking is right behind the unit and there are other units close by, please try to be as quiet as possible early in the morning and late at night. Thank you !
PAY ATTENTION AND BE SAFE Children must be supervised at all times on the wharf. No climbing on the railing at any time for both children and adults

The historic Noyo Harbor is a great place to take a stroll and check out our historic, working harbor. There is plenty to see and do as well as having some great restaurants to get some great food, have a drink, listen to some live music and more
Cute, quirky, fun. The place was very clean and welcoming. The only downside was the bed was a bit swaybacked and slanted from stern to aft, but overall very nice stay.
A very good value with owners that are accessible and engaged with guests. Two small issues with the consistency of hot water in the shower and lack of a proper door to the bathroom area, but still a very, very good deal for the amenities you get!
Nice hot tub, well set up employing use space and cute outdoor. We had minor issue and it was communicated maintenance would check but they never arrived. Still, for the ambiance and price located in harbor it was nice. When we stayed the park was fairly empty so nice and quiet
Great location, great place, great hosts, but heater required earplugs all night
I loved the location; Noyo Harbor is beautiful and I spent every evening on the beach, just a few hundred yards away. The trailer is very well maintained and clean, and the pictures are very accurate to my experience.
There were only two downsides: the heater & its ducting are very loud, and there is very little space to store food or clothing. I was staying for 3 weeks, so the space issue was probably more important to me than for many others.
As for the heater & ductwork, I found I needed to wear earplugs all night, every night. It gets cold on the coast at night even in a heat wave; you will want to use the heater (though the comforter was quite warm, thanks)!
Steve & Carlon are *great* hosts, though, and I had a great time, so still: 4 stars. Thanks, Steve & Carlon!
I really strive to leave accurate reviews because I am a huge review reader so I hope this isnt too lengthy.
The pros:
Location. Seriously nothing beats staying in the harbor.
The Cons
The RV is very outdated and worn down.
There were left over food items from someone elses stay in the fridge and the whole place smelled terrible until we cleaned it up.
Really bad ant problem, even in the beds.
There was insufficient bedding. The bunk beds only had sleeping bags. That was it.
No hand soap....anywhere.
Neutral notes:
The location is seriously the best. You can walk to anything and everything in the harbor. For those unfamiliar with Ft Bragg you are a 2 min drive to anything in town (Cowlicks, eggheads, shopping, etc.). There were some harbor noises (duh) but we love that.
I wish the property management company had left instructions for those who arent RV savvy like how to convert the table into a bed or that the pier is for the entire park not just those in the houses. Little things like that.
Aside from all that, we really enjoyed the stay. We always love being in Ft Bragg and close to the bustling harbor. I would for sure stay at the sportsmans rv park again (as we have in the past) but I dont think I would stay at this RV again unless they did some upgrading/repairs.
