Very small room and outside noise was coming in clearly. Bathroom water was running all night plus mouse or something in between the walls behind the fridge made noise too like chewing or biting on something so I couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was rotten bananas and coffee was like pee no taste to it , I went down the street and that was perfect ( the eggplant) restaurant. There employee know how to treat customers.. Here people need in service on customer service.

VERY stingy with linens for pull out couches

We chose a room that had a pull out couch. We were traveling with 4 teenagers and needed the bed space. At check in I asked for extra lines. The lady at the front desk did NOT want to give me linens for the couch beds. I took the single sheet she gave me and went to assess the room. It was 2 small pull out couches which meant I needed linens for 2! Especially since one of the mattresses was stained with what appeared to be urine. I went back to the office to get more linens and it was still a fight. She gave me one more sheet. (At this point all I have are 2 sheets, no blankets or pillows.). I asked for a blanket and she asked if I could just turn on the heat. In July. Really?! In the end she finally gave me a single blanket and we had 2 sheets. Never got a second blanket or pillows. My husband had to give up his blanket for one of the kids which meant he did without, and we were short on pillows as well.

The property had a planned prower outage and didn't inform us of the power outage. We were left with no power for over 8 hours. We were told we would be reimbursed for that night and did not keep their word. The floors were so diry are feet and socks were black. We went out and bought a swifter to clean the foor.. Location is very close to Glass Beach and that was the only good thingpower outage

Im not sure what it was but sounded like a pipe banging throughout the night. I stayed in Room 109. The floor was dirty. There were some ants in restroom but didnt become a problem. I decided to stay another day and office clerk was friendly and made arrangements to stay another day.

We booked a king, got two full size beds. Ad doesnt make it clear this is a MOTEL, not a hotel. Minimal dining options in Ft Bragg after 8pm on a Saturday, not the lodge's fault of course, but go early!
