Coffee shops, boutiques, dining, live music, the weekend farmers market, and seasonal events are all steps away, meaning you can park once and explore with ease. This spacious 3BR duplex features 1 king, 2 queens, and a daybed with 2 twins, along with a full kitchen, generous living room, and a bright dining room with a bay window. Includes 1 full bath (quirkily tucked off the kitchen) and a half bath off the primary bedroom. Shared laundry room with the neighboring duplex.

Guest Access:
334 E. Oak St. is the 3-bedroom unit located on the west side of the duplex. The keypad is on the front door. You can park on the street out frontâjust be sure to avoid any 2-hour parking zonesâor use the off-street parking behind the house (accessible from the alley), then walk through the backyard and around to the front.
Other Things to Note:
One house-trained, non-destructive dog is welcome (with prior approval). Animals cannot be left alone in the home-Fort Collins has great doggy daycares if needed. Animals must be leashed (6 ft max) and under control in outdoor/shared areas. Clean up after them immediately.
This is a No Smoking house and property (no smoking cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc...)
The yard is shared with the neighboring duplex. Off-street parking is available in the alleyâjust walk through the backyard to reach the unit.
Trains do run through Old Town, and youâll hear them from time to timeâitâs part of the local charm and energy.
You might also catch the sounds of Old Town Squareâs music festivals drifting inâyes, the location really is that good! Right across the street, thereâs also a lovely walking park and playground to enjoy.
