Wonderful Three Bedroom Townhome in Old Town North

Awesome 3 Bedroom townhome just north of Old Town in Fort Collins.

You'll have the place to yourself to enjoy during your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town.

Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a very charming newer neighborhood.

You should have everything you need, towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen will be stocked and able to cook a meal for all. We'll cover entertainment as well with TV's in every room.

All bedrooms all have King beds and are super comfy! Two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor while the first floor does hold 1 of the bedrooms.

The sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, if you need sleeping arrangements for up to 8.

Each bedroom has a 43" TV with a roku streaming stick. The living room has a 55" TV and also has a Roku streaming stick

Seating at the kitchen counter can hold up to 6 and there should be enough dinnerware to serve more than that

We had an amazing week-long stay here with our daughter on Spring Break, and thoroughly enjoyed each of us having our own bedroom and bath. I’m recovering from Achilles tendon surgery, so I grabbed the downstairs suite. My husband and daughter took the two upstairs. The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, even though we didn’t do too much cooking. Too many delicious restaurants to experience and momma was on vacation. The area here is nice and quiet and only a short walk to New Belgium Brewery and Ginger & Baker. My husband and daughter took a morning walk down to the CSU campus and around the old town area each day. We will absolutely look to stay here again next time we come to Fort Collins.

The host was very welcoming! Let a booklet of helpful information and answered questions promptly! The property is Beautiful and perfectly maintained. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom!! Kitchen has everything needed. All areas are very comfortable. The location is Perfect! Close enough to easily walk downtown without being downtown. Excellent location!!! We walked to New Belgium in the evenings, Ginger and Baker for coffee and breakfast and old town several times. So close to everything. It was nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Everyone had their own private suite with comfortable beds, pillows and linens. Everyone enjoyed the house. Highly recommend!

A really great place to stay in Ft. Collins! The property is exactly as advertised. We traveled with a couple we have known for years. Each of us were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the property. Nice king size beds in all the bedrooms. The property has lots of spices, cooking oils, and basic things you need to cook a meal without having to buy every ingredient. Would definitely recommend you consider this property if your travels take you to Ft. Collins.

Wonderful place to stay

The whole process was very easy and the owner had left information on anything needed. Great location to walk to downtown and New Belgium Brewery. close to the wedding venue - Tapestry House in LaPorte. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Everything we needed was there. Kitchen was super equipped. It was nice to have three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Garage was a nice bonus.

Super cute place! We stayed one night for the Border War game. Clean, spacious, quick walk to NBB. Only thing was there was concrete work on some of the intersections but it is not a negative on the house.

Great location modern amenities

We were visiting relatives and the location was perfect. The access was super easy and parking was fine on the street. There is a 2 car garage if you need it. Kitchen was well stocked with basics and appliances. I would loved to have had a Keurig but the coffee pot was fine. If someone is sleeping on the pull out bed I would recommend a sleeping mask because it is very bright in the morning.

Wonderful place and super location

Great place! Very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with essentials. All 3 bedrooms were large; king beds super comfortable. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. Location was perfect- very short walk to New Belgium Brewery and bit over a mile to Old Town. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of on street parking plus had use of the 2 car garage. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and Beautifully decorated!

We stayed for our one night in Ft Collins. Check-in was easy. The place was very clean. Comfortable beds. Decorated really cute! On the edge of town...we came from Cheyenne and it was so easy to find. We drove down to old town for food and entertainment....too far for us to walk but some people might try to walk it. If we come back to Ft Collins we would book this place again. I wish every VRBO was like this one.
