The room condition was subpar. Not very clean, use of extension cords and lots of wires and plugs, and an overall feeling that this isn’t a well cared for property.

Avoid this place

When we went to our room, the door was unlocked and wide open. In the middle of the night, a large stone piece of the bathroom vanity crashed to the bathroom floor and shattered. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Why would Wyndham compromise their brand like this?

Don't stay here!

This was the worst experience ever! First of all, I booked one room with one king size bed, and we were given room 101, right by the front desk. It had 2 small beds. The shower in the room above ours leaked and dripped all over our toilet so we couldn't use the toilet, and our floor was all wet. The room smelled musty. Woke up with bite marks all over and itchy, most likely bed bugs!! The door didn't lock because the jam was broken. The chair was stained! There were gross looking stains on the ceiling above the bed!

Horrible!!!!!

I never stayed...room was disgusting! Inch thick ice in freezer and no cover on freezer. Chair had stains all over it! Whirlpool had bugs or dirt in it! Door wouldn't open, you had to push it very hard to get it opened! Wr went and stayed somewhere else!

Covered in mold and filth

So bad we walked out and got a room at a different hotel down the street for $200. When we first walked in the smell was awful, floors looked like they never get vacuumed and lots of signs of wear and tear. We completed check in, very uncertain, and went to check out the room. The room we were assigned to was unlocked and open, TVs on, and obvious signs of people having laid in the bed. In another room we looked at, the sheets were covered in hair and black spots. The hallway ceiling was covered in a gigantic circle of mold. The employees couldn’t care less and pretended to have never seen the obvious mold before. We would never sleep there ourselves, let alone bring our children. Never seen a dirtier hotel anywhere ever before. Absolutely nothing like the photos online.

Not recommended. Hot smelly lobby. Not welcoming reception. Hot room. Dirty towel hanging on door. Carpet dishes look vacuumed. Mirrors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Couch collapsed, artwork atilt, tv screens dirty, all added to atmosphere. Extra blanket not properly folded and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Curtains didn’t cover the window, parking lot lights flooded through. Dirty parking lot. Breakfast was a joke, most drinks weren’t not working. Eggs still in the carton left on carton, I assumed they were hard boiled, no note. No receptionist at checkout, folks just left the keys on the counter. Oh, and my key/folder were re-used several times judging by the various room numbers scratched out. Terrible at all levels.

The building is in very poor condition. Exterior doors were not secure, didn't lock. Carpets were filthy and the window in our room was broken. We had to ask for blankets, only sheets were on the bed. After 3 days we had to ask for clean towels. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I thought that the toilet was clean until I sat in the bathtub and saw the mold under the toilet rim. And when I stepped into the shower, there was black crap on the bottom of my feet from the carpet in my room. The hallway carpet was filthy.
