Nice area and property well maintained. Valet parking was not professional. I had to get my own vehicle twice although I paid the full price for valet. The receptionist was very nice, she went down to the first floor to assist me. The valet person was not present in both instances.

Recently stayed at this hotel for one night, before boarding a cruise. From start to finish, the experience was great. After arriving at the FLL airport, I called for the hotels complimentary shuttle service. The gentleman was very patient assisting me to find the correct location for pick up, and once there the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes. The hotel staff that greeted me at check in were so friendly. I arrived around 11:00am (4 hours before check in time) and they got me into a room right away with no extra charge. They also made a point to ask if I had any questions or needed assistance with locating anything. The room was very modern and clean. The room amenities were amazing... There was a clothing steamer which came in handy, and for all of my fellow curly haired women, the hair dryer in the room had a diffuser attachment (life changing 🙂). I walked over to the local diner for food (Lester's), which was a fairly short distance away, so that was great. For dinner I did Uber Eats (nothing against the hotel food, I just follow a specific diet and ordered from somewhere that I knew wouldn't be any issue). Check out process was easy and overall I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay here again in the future. Oh, and they also have a shuttle to the cruise port that you can arrange right on the 2nd floor, it costs $12/person and was very helpful. Absolutely zero complaints.

Faced several issues during our stay. Power outlets didn’t work in our room The front desk staff was outright rude and unapologetic. The breakfast buffet which they charge for was below average and unappetizing,We were told you can’t take a second helping. All in all the whole experience was pathetic.
