Welcome to Villa Bella, Deerfield Beach's newest listing. Easy beach access just 2 blocks away. 15-minute walk to shops and restaurants in Deerfield beach.
There is a large living area with sliders to a private patio with a table, chairs, and BBQ grill. There is also a spectacular community pool.

If you have concerns about our cancelation policy, please check out the company Rental Guardian or CSA travel, look for "cancel for any reason" trip insurance as this is the only policy that may cover Covid . The unit was as advertised, clean and equipped when we arrived. Local mgmt was very prompt with all communications and regularly checked in to ensure satisfaction. Great location. And "tenant responsibilities" were reasonable and fair. Key amenities and essentials were provided for easy occupation.

the couple of times we used it we had it to ourselves. Very clean and plenty of amenities. Recommend staying for families with older kids.

Hidden gem

House is fully equiped, dealing with manager was easy, walking diatance to the beach (although overrated on the beach images), quiet and safe neighborhood, had beach items to borrow in the garage, nice pool, the only thing I wasn't too kin was the fact that we were asked to start a load of laundry and strip the beds (optional). It was the 1st time I was ever asked for that since we pay quite a bit for cleaning fees. Other than hat, it was a really good experience. Our car was too long for the garage but they had a marked spot right outside.

The property is quite comfortable with many good taste details. Being inside, you still remain connected to beautiful and tranquil surroundings. It is at walking distance to the beach and close to the Ocean Boulevard that can take you even till Palm Beach in picturesque surroundings.

Spring stay

We had a great stay. The Vrbo had everything we needed and some, especially for our beach days. The kitchen was fully stocked; pool was perfect and very clean. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels and extra linens if need be. We had a beautiful stay and hope to be back next year. No complaints from the family of critics!

A wonderful stay

The property was as described, very comfortable with all the amenities of home and a great location. The beach was a short walk away with a beautiful oceanfront promenade and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood and it was convenient to all stores, gyms and restaurants.The management was super attentive and caring about your happiness and comfort.

We had a great stay at Villa Bella. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and decor was tasteful and very comfortable. Excellent location on quiet side of Deerfield Beach, only one block to beach. Manager, Tanya was great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Memorable Month

Our month long stay at Villa Bella was memorable for so many reasons! We were visiting Florida for the birth of our first granddaughter. Villa Bella, located in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, was convenient to everything
 shopping, the beach, and our daughter in Boca Raton. I enjoyed taking a morning walk to see great sunrises, and then walking across the street to the most amazing sunsets! The well stocked kitchen allowed me to make many meals for my daughter and her family. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived and Tanya was great about checking in with us and Joseph was quick to respond to anything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Has It All

This beautiful unit is well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to the beach. Just down the boardwalk are great restaurants - anything you want to eat from seafood to burgers, pizza to ice cream. Grocery shopping is also nearby. The management was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!

We found the Villa to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Agent was very available and texted often. Only comment was if you have young kids or elderly there are a lot of stairs. But we would definitely stay here again.
