Awesome house in a beautiful neighborhood! The pool and back yard were amazing to just relax by. The house is very clean and actually nicer in person than in pictures. Owner was great to work with and the check in and check out process was super easy! Kitchen was well stocked. I will say, for future guests there was no cabinet of leftover spices (except for salt and pepper), oil, plastic bags, etc. Nothing that I expected by an means, just be sure to pick that stuff up at the grocery store! Additionally for future guests, the beach may be somewhat a long walk depending on your mobility. We rented a golf cart and got around just fine!5 out of 5 stay for me and 4 of my next friends for a 40th birthday celebration.

This was our second visit to Casa Cocconut. Such a beautiful home in quiet gated community. Brian and Ali are great hosts easy to contact. House really well stocked with everything you require for a lovely stay. Excellent pool and patio area. Beach a 5 min walk away and grocery store 2 min drive. Highly recommend!!

We had the most wonderful experience at Casa Coconut. From start to finish, the hosts were beyond accommodating. Truly some of the best hospitality we’ve ever received. They were responsive, thoughtful, and made everything incredibly easy for us.The location could not be more perfect. It’s close to everything, yet still feels like a peaceful little escape. We loved how convenient it was to get everywhere we wanted to go.The house itself was extremely clean and clearly cared for. Every little detail was thought through, and we were so impressed by how well-stocked it was. All the extras and amenities available for us to use made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Casa Coconut to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale! The property is clean, private, and quiet. My family and I come to Fort Lauderdale at least twice a year and we will definitely book this home again. Although it was only my husband and I this time, we will surely be back. Casa Coconut did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our vacation. The house and property were very clean and well taken care of. Everything you may need is provided including beach chairs, beach wagon and plenty of towels. They have thought of everything. The location was great. A quick walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. Brian and Ali were very responsive during the booking process and checked in while we were there to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be saving the property for future trips.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! As mentioned in other reviews the house is so well maintained, cared for and clean. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Check in was very easy as was check out. The location is great, lots of walkable options, beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool area is an oasis, the pool was clean and well maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a meeting at The Westin down the beach and my wife and I didn’t want to stay on property. This house was perfect for our needs and very close to the hotel! Would highly recommend!!

Ft. Lauderdale

We arrived to 2 broken beds. Bed in middle room had leg broken off. Bed in room near pool had clearly been broken by last person who stayed and propped up. Bed in master propped up by cinder blocks. We contacted owner immediately. We didn't need all four beds and they thanked us for letting us know. After we discovered the 2nd broken bed - no response was given. 2 of us had to sleep on couches. No refund or solution was offered by owners who are apparently not checking on the condition of the property before renting it out. Definitely not worth the price we paid for beds we couldn't sleep in. This property is also not close to the restaurants or beaches of Ft. Lauderdale's main area. NOT worth the money.
