Welcome to your Monroe Retreat, located a few minutes from the beach, parks, and downtown Hollywood! This home is the perfect escape for your next trip to South Florida. Whether you're traveling for pleasure or business this house is prepared to meet all of your needs. Equipped with a stunning pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, ping pong table, ultra high-speed internet, plenty of parking, and a stainless steel outdoor Kitchen and BBQ, this house does not disappoint!!

Guests must be at least 25 to book. Anyone under 25 will be removed without a refund. Violations may result in a $300 fine.

This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms.
-The Principal bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of closet space, an en-suite master bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower, and workstation a desk an chair
-Guest bedroom #2 is equipped with a king-size bed, a workstation, and closet space.
-Guest bedroom #3 is equipped with 2 twin-size beds, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a smart TV.
-The house has a large living room space with a comfortable sofa bed. The dining area is bright and equipped with a dining table with 6 dining chairs.
-The large flex space boasts 2 daybeds, a TV, and a conference table and chairs with a panoramic view of the pool and landscape to inspire teamwork, team rest and team play.

The kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet space, fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances. The laundry room/garage features a new washer and dryer and a separate laundry sink.

The amazing outdoor space has a large, heated swimming pool and hot tub, covered outdoor dining space (gazebo), covered gas grill BBQ area and food prep station, a ping pong table, a screened-in as well as open-air patio, and generous portico.

If you are traveling with small children, we also have available at the house a highchair and a pack-and-play.

Please note:
Pool service is twice a week. The service days may vary. Our pool maintenance person will access the property unannounced through the backyard.
Landscaping services are every 15 days. The service may happen during your stay. Please expect the landscapers to access the property unannounced.
Gated parking for up to 3 cars.
The owner's car is parked in the carport.

Beautiful home and pool

My parents, wife, kids, and I enjoyed our week-long stay very much. The pool and hot tub in particular were excellent, and we used them every night. We also enjoyed the well-maintained grill and the ping pong table. The property manager was very communicative, and the location was convenient to the beach and Fort Lauderdale. Great stay!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Check in was a breeze, the house was immaculate and more than perfect for our family of 4 for our Christmas vacation. Neighborhood was very family-friendly and very close to everything we needed - shopping, restaurants and the beach. Hot tub and pool were exceptional. We'll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed my stay

My family and I decided to stay here during our stay in Miami and it was absolutely amazing. The pictures does not do this place justice, 24/hour concierge available for any questions, concerns and assistance. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and Chris was super accommodating with all of our needs. 10/10 recommend this property.

Quiet retreat

The property is very quiet and located in an affluent area close to dining and shopping. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The only recommendation we have is to be more detailed on how to access the home. It took us a while to figure out that the gate could only be opened manually and it does take some upper body strength to do so. Overall, a very nice stay.

Gorgeous space, beautiful gem

The space was beautiful and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was.The pool and hot tub were well maintained.Turning on the hot tub and pool required contacting the rental agency, which was not a bad experience, but an extra step.Also, the hand soap was watered down with half water and half soap, so visitors should bring their own hygiene products (shampoo, hand soap). Overall, would definitely stay again,

Communication was okay. Very nice layout of the property. Very cockroaches and ants infested. If you rent this house don’t prepare or keep any food on the counters if you don’t like bugs in your food. Bathtub water comes out yellow. Some towels were torn and discolored (I’d like to believe they were at least clean). Some linen were discolored and hope they were at least clean. Under the coaches were bugs and dead roaches. The walls are pretty dirty (not cleaned) I had to constantly remind my kids not to touch the walls or doors. The master bathroom toilet has a flushing problem. The master bedroom shower has almost no water pressure. The twin beds are very skinny twin beds. The fabric chairs were all dirty and I had to clean them in order to be sitting on them comfortably. The refrigerator was clean but drawers are not really working. To have the hot tub work you must let the owner know every time you want it on and it’s never a hot tub it’s always just nice and warm like a warm bath but not anything close to a hot tub. The temperature of the hot tub never went higher than 89-98 very disappointing. The pool water was nice and warm but always dirty. We constantly had to clean out the bees, beetles, spiders and other bugs and leaves and twigs and other debris from the surrounding area of trees bushes grass sand and game cards that we couldn’t understand where they kept coming from. Bring bug spray even for daytime outdoor fun the mosquitoes are nasty on this property.
