Alex, front desk, was very helpful from the moment my sister arrived into the hotel. She explained everything what she needs to know, what was included, etc.

The hotel has No service, No service ,No service I have been sent Two emails and messages to the hotel through Expedia “contact property” directly to check shuttle bus schedule in 3 days ago and I asked two times and no one responded the schedule. I was at the airport called the front desk and manger desk , two calls went to the housekeeper answering machine. I was waiting at the 11:00 pm to 12:00am and no shuttled was provided. They said they don’t have shuttles on that time. The front desk charged my deposit two times in my credit card. I don’t mind they don’t provide shuttle bus but don’t put on the Expedia ad the price is included shuttle, the customer can pick other choice and that is a lie and misinformation. It is totally not worth base on their price.

The promised heated pool was a cold pool. Even when I left them know it was very cold the hotel personal just looked at me in surprise and didn’t do or say anything

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Room could have been cleaner upon arrival, specifically the bathroom. But room service cleaned well during our stay. Hotel is on busy street so if easily disturbed at night, may not be a good fit, but noise is not obsessive.
