The lady at the checkin was so nice and let us check in 2 hrs early. Breakfast was great and room was clean. Only thing is there was no safe and can not control ac. Other than that, was satisfied with my stay.

Room floor was slippery to walk on. The moisture in the air was very intense. There was rust on multiple items in the room as well

Maira was an absolute pleasure when we checked in. It was a busy weekend with the national championship there and that hotel being a high traffic area for cruises too. She had two phone and cell phone going while checking guests in. All while being patient and giving a great experience. Recognize her she deserves it!!!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. That’s about where the positives end. When I arrived one elevator was broken and the other had messed up buttons making getting to and from the room a frustrating because the one working elevator went to the wrong floors. When I walked in my room the first thing I noticed was how slick and oily the tile felt. It was like someone used too much cleaner or something else was spilled on the floor. The carpet in the room was just nasty. Waking on it with my bare feet felt like I was waking on a nasty old outdoor mat. Oily and dirty. The linens were clean which was a relief. The metal fixtures were gross. The dishwasher was all spotted and grimy. The lamps and lights in the room were corroded and spotted like someone had sneezed on them and it wasn’t cleaned. Overall, the room just seemed poorly cleaned and maintained. I am not excessively picky but I was pretty disgusted. Will not be staying here again. Other Home2 Suites I have stayed at have been much cleaner. I was very disappointed with this one.
