I didn't realize we would be staying in an apartment! It was my first time interacting with Kasa, so there were some stumbling blocks checking in, but once past those, the place was terrific! It was clean and well-appointed, and in a central location for our needs. Only 2 things were problematic: the tv remote needed new batteries and we never figured out how to get English out of it; and a 3rd floor place with no elevator wouid not have been my choice had I known when making the reservation. I will know better the next time I make plans!

I read lots of reviews on this place before booking and took the bad reviews with a grain of salt because everyone has different standards. However, Ionce there I found the bad reviews to be accurate. The shower doesn't drain well so you stand in your own water, the unit was not very clean even after we had to wait an additional 2 hours to get in due to it being "cleaned". There was one towel in the kitchen and the bedding was a little dirty. Very few plates or cooking pans. The sliding door was open and we were on the first floor and the window was open as well so it was 80 degrees in the unit with the air turned off when we arrived. It took a while to cool the unit off. The bed was uncomfy and any time you move on the bed it creaks very loud so it's hard to sleep unless you sleep absolutely still. Overall it gave us shelter and we were able to bake some food in the oven. They were very communicative when we were delayed for check in due to their cleaning and did give us a gift card to use to eat while we waited, but since the reason for a 2hr delay was to clean our unit, it should have actually been clean. The floors were dirty as well as the walls and bathroom shower and floors.

We had a very disappointing stay due to multiple unresolved issues. We were locked out for nearly two hours on arrival due to a faulty keypad. The unit was dirty. There was hair in the shower, stained bedding, dusty floors, and leftover debris on the couch. We also found a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Despite repeated requests, proper cleaning and maintenance were never completed. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, the keypad failed again mid-stay, and the smoke detector battery was never replaced. Communication with management was poor throughout. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. The property offered a laughable $270 refund.

Gardinen i stora rummet fungerade inte att dra för. Golven var kladdiga av nÄgot rengöringsmedel. Vid poolen vad det flera nÀrgÄngna ödlor. RÀtt sÄ mycket buller frÄn jÀrnvÀgen pÄ ena sidan och motorvÀgen pÄ andra sidan. Vi hade tur och fick ett boende nÀra poolomrÄdet. SÀngarna var sköna och vi trivdes dÀr trots bristerna.

Les installations sont bien et moderne mais l’entretien et le mĂ©nage est mĂ©diocre ce n’était pas propre les serviettes et drap tachĂ©s mal lavĂ© linge de cuisine sale pas changĂ© entre les rĂ©servation tache mur et armoire. Sois la personne avant moi avait Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sale et sa Ă©tĂ© difficile de tout nettoyer sois le personnel du mĂ©nage fait le minimum et de son pas surveillĂ©! Car sincĂšrement les taches que j’ai vu sur chaises sofa Ă©taient Ă©vidente et facile Ă  nettoyer

 les corridor extĂ©rieur entre appartement Ă©tait sale et peu invitant j’ai du passer le balais pour enlever des dĂ©chet au sol que personne ramasse. Un bon produit mais manque de dĂ©tails sur la qualitĂ© et service offert pour avoir 5 Ă©toile Suggestion: ajouter des cintres dans le gĂ©ant walk-in pas mal pratique et il n’y en avais pas Papier toilette revoir quantitĂ© fournit selon la durĂ©e des sĂ©jour et nombre de personne prĂ©sente ( 3 rouleaux pour 4 personne 6 jours trĂšs peu) Ajouter un diffuseur pour odeur Ajouter un set de drap complet pour le sofa lit ( nous avions 1 drap plat et 1 couverture sale)
