This Contemporary 4 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Home has a touch of Modern Sophistication, located in a very beautiful secluded neighborhood, a short walk from the house to the beach, 40 varieties of restaurants to choose from, massage spas, bakeries, cookie shops, clothing stores, hardware store, groceries, drug stores, children park, basketball courts, etc. Guests comment how impeccably clean and detailed our property is.

The home is fully equipped, dishwasher, washer and dryer, all sheets, bedding are from the Hotel Collection, Weber BBQ located by pool patio. For the sun lovers the pool deck has chairs and lounge chairs as well a shaded pool patio for those who are sun-sensitive perfectly tucked away with a patio dining table that seats 8 comfortably and a Love Seat overlooking the pool.

The House is fully equipped​ for Moms traveling with Babies, Toddlers​ providing a crib, changing pads, playpen, so baby can be secure while Mommy is cooking or entertaining and wanting ​the baby to be safe. We also have kids little bike, toys, books a stroller, kids plates, cups utensils, we even have baby pool floaters . Perfectly equipped for traveling Moms n Baby. We do own the home next door which you can find on VRBO property #1138262 which has been great for large groups of families of more than 10 traveling together. Both homes are set up perfectly and give you the feeling of walking into your own private home, the neighborhood is extremely quiet.

We provide beach chairs, however, if you want the luxury touch of Beach Lounge Chairs and a Large Beach Umbrella you can Rent them at the beach
Yes they accept Master Card/Visa They also rent paddle boards, inquire about all their sport rentals.

The neighborhood was quiet, yet a short walk to all the action and a short drive to the beach! Lovely restaurants within walking distance too.The house was fabulous, clean, so many options for hanging out and areas to eat. The best was the outdoor space with tables & many different chairs (straight, rocker, Adirondeck & lounge) and the beautiful pool.

Very Clean Property

Extremely clean property. Ample space for everyone.The beds were so comfortable. Heated, clean pool. Quiet neighborhood. A bit of a walk to the beach but we rented bikes from Pedritos and that was helpful. We ate at many great restaurants all within walking distance. Appreciated the supply of basic necessities in the unit. Had a great stay!

Wonderful home in a perfect location

The property exceeded our expectations. The entire internal living area and 3 of the bedrooms were simply but beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The property was very clean and all the furniture, storage and wardrobes etc were fresh and new. The fourth bedroom has the washing machine and dryer in a cupboard so no popping on a late night wash as one of my children was sleeping but this is a small detail. There was no airer for drying washing, and again for a family with children we don’t get away from washing on a holiday but don’t want to tumble dry all of our clothes. The pool and the outside area was lovely, big, clean pool, comfortable furniture, great BBQ. The flooring around the edge of the pool is damaged and needs resurfacing and re-levelling, it is peeling away and any water splashing from the pool sits in two big puddles that get deeper and deeper and need to be swept away throughout the day a few times as there is nowhere for it to drain to. The road and surroundings are very nice, really quiet, safe feeling and a short walk to lots of restaurants, the beach, cafe’s, ice cream shops, grocery shops etc. Our family loved Aruba restaurant, good atmosphere, good food and live music right on the beach, lovely for all ages. We travelled around easily using Uber’s, water taxi’s and hired a car for the further afield trips to the Everglades and Space Centre.

Perfect place for a family

We had a wonderful week with our family and we will definitely be back. We had three couples and three children/babies and the set up was perfect for us. There was plenty of common space, the bedrooms were a great size, the beds were so comfortable, and the backyard and pool allowed us to spend time together even while babies had differing nap times. The house was well equipped with baby supplies - a pack and play, crib, baby seats, baby bowls/spoons/bottles, swim diapers, floaties, a stroller, and more. It made traveling with infants so much easier. The host was kind and easy to work with. We are grateful for a great vacation and we will definitely be back!

Great property in a great location!

Beautiful, impeccably kept home. Very child friendly. We traveled with our grown children and 2 grandchildren under 2. Very spacious and great floor plan. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and open air bars near the house. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Fabulous home in excellent location!

Andree was very easy to work with, excellent communication with us throughout the stay. The house is exactly as described and the location was perfect, perfect for 5 women. Just a short walk to the beach, great shops and excellent restaurants. We had our final dinner just over the bridge at Kazul, incredible meal. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

This property was fantastic! It was clean and quiet. The pool is beautiful and wonderful to have! The beds were incredible. Our host could not have been more responsive or accommodating. If I am ever back in the area, I will stay here again. My friends and I had the best experience and have not stopped raving. We loved the house, the location, the Circuit app, the cute town and beach. Seriously, I cannot imagine a better experience.

Family Fun the Sun

Our whole family (2yrs to 75) enjoyed our stay. The house and pool are just as pictured. The house and pool were spotless. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfy and there were pool toys, beach towels, beach chairs, bbq and bbq utensils - everything you might need. The adults walked to the beach each day. Many restaurants also in walking distance.

Our family stayed 4 nights end of March. I picked this place because of convenient location to beach and restaurants and the pool area with the lounge chairs, etc. It was in a nice residential area. House was good size for our family of 7 plus 16-month old grandson. Included a crib and other baby friendly items. Andree promptly responded to any questions/messages and let us bring our bags in & be in the pool area prior to check-in time even as cleaning crew was finishing. We respected they had a job to do so stayed outside until they were done.

Perfect house for a family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Andree! The house was exactly as advertised, and then some. Incredibly clean, with a very easy check-in and check-out process. The location could not have been more convenient -- walking distance to all the restaurants and beaches at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, which was so easy for our entire family. However, our kids loved the pool so much that we barely left the property! The outdoor dining area was fabulous -- and the grill was a great addition. We had three sets of people (our immediate family -- with two toddlers, and two different sets of grandparents), so the three-wing layout was very convenient and allowed for a good deal of privacy for all the groups. The house was very well appointed, and Andree was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend it to a friend -- and we plan to come back next year!

Fantastic location, short, walk to the beach, the home was very well equipped, the beds so comfortable, the sheets so comfy n soft. Walking distance to all the restaurants, live music we ate in a different restaurant every night during our vacation. There are many different ones to choose from. This house was impeccably, clean, the cleanest barbecue I’ve ever cooked on, I’ve never stayed at a house that was better equipped, the host had thought of every detail for families traveling with children and if you have questions the host is very quick to respond. I highly recommend, we will definitely return.

Perfect home for family getaway!

We loved staying here! The pool and proximity to the beach was perfect for us as we had a baby, 4 year old and 8 year old. House was very clean and updated and it was great to have all the baby gear and separate wings for the bedrooms. We didn’t have a car and it was so easy to walk to everything we needed and we also used the circuit app to go a bit further one day. We would love to stay here again!

Great location and superb accommodations!

This location is stellar if you're looking for a nicely equipped home that's super clean and a very short walk to lauderdale by the sea which has restaurants, bars, beach and cafes. The host was amazing too, she got back to us instantly when we had questions. Check in/out was a snap. The beds were incredibly comfy too! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
